4. How We Respond

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 2 business days.
  • Review the notice for completeness and validity.
  • If valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
  • Notify the content provider (if known) of the takedown, including a copy of the notice.

ℹ️ Submitting a false DMCA notice is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may expose you to civil liability for damages and attorney fees.

5. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
