3. Submitting a Takedown Notice

4. How We Respond

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 2 business days.
Review the notice for completeness and validity.
If valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
Notify the content provider (if known) of the takedown, including a copy of the notice.

ℹ️ Submitting a false DMCA notice is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may expose you to civil liability for damages and attorney fees.

5. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
Consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
